How do I return an item?

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return package is received by Trendsi, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Refunds will then be issued to your original payment method through Sweetheart Michelle once we receive the refund from Trendsi.

Can I exchange for a different item?

No, exchanges are not accepted at Sweetheart Michelle. If you’d like, you can return your item (if it meets the return criteria) for a refund and place a new order for a different item.
